Rob, a Coffs Coast local, boasts 19 years experience after graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy in 1989 from Cumberland Health Sciences (Sydney University).

He has extensive experience in the public and private sectors including working at St Vincent's Public Hospital in Sydney, 2 years doing locums in England, 11 years working, owning and managing an Allied Health practice at Baringa Private Hospital in Coffs Harbour and now 2 years in partnership, with his cousin Matthew, at Hoys Physiotherapy.

During this time Rob has gained extensive experience in the treatment of a wide range of injuries – in the clinic, on field and traveling with sporting teams. This has included traveling to South Africa in January 2007 with the Australian Touch Football Teams in their successful defence of the Open and Senior World Cups.

Rob also has extensive post-graduate experience including Frontline and Leadership Management courses, Certificate in Spinal Manual Therapy and numerous sports and manual therapy courses.
