Chipo Emmanuel
Chipo Emmanuel obtained her bachelors degree in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University (Melbourne) in 2004. Chipo grew up in Botswana and following her graduation from La Trobe she moved back there to work as a physiotherapist for a diamond mine where she developed her passion for treating work place injuries and sport injuries.
This interest lead to her decision to migrate back to Australia in 2008 taking up a position in Mt Isa where she worked providing physiotherapy treatment and work place based rehabilitation for mine employees and the community, gaining extensive experience in management of a variety of musculoskeletal injuries.
After spending a year in Mt Isa Chipo felt it was time for a sea change and made the move to Coffs Harbour. She is currently completing her Masters in workplace injury management and occupational rehabilitation through distance learning.
Chipo is excited to have recently joined the team at Hoys physiotherapy and looks forward to becoming an integral member of the team.
